I’m Ren, the main director of Queer Little Space.
I organised Pride In Aberystwyth this year and also run Queer Little Shop. You’ve probably seen me around Aber, at pride, at the Farmer’s Market or just on my lunch break.
I have two other directors – Seren and Mair, and with the help of Cwmpas, Queer Little Space is a Community Interest Company (Company number – 15128011).
Basically it’s half way between a company and a charity. We can apply for grants and be grant funded this way and also work as a non-profit, putting money back into the company and the community.
I am a non-binary bisexual parent and creator. I was born in Coventry but moved to Wales when I was ten. I live three miles from the house I grew up in. My Welsh isn’t great but I want Queer Little Space to be Welsh inclusive space.
